Our Team
Our founders bring over 60 years of combined experience in the large loss and restoration industry. Michael Geminari (President), Darrell Gilbert (Vice-President of Operations), and Mark Michaliszyn (Vice-President) lead InsuraBuild™ with expertise, passion and integrity.
Their hands-on leadership empowers our building partners, each carefully selected and with at least 15 years of successful residential or commercial construction experience. Together, our team delivers large loss rebuilds with trust, care, and peace of mind.
